What We Do
We find wonderful new people to join Ubiq and then support them throughout their journey by connecting them, providing them the right setup and enabling them to have the right space (physical, virtual, psychological) in order to be able to do their best work.
We take care of all administrative aspects of Ubiq - from office management to handling finances, accounting and logistics. On the People side, we accompany the Ubiq team members from their very first interaction in the recruiting process through their onboarding and further down their path of growth and learning & development. We organize team gatherings - small, big, virtual and in-person, that connect us to each other and to our common vision.
