BACKEND DEVELOPER - JavaScript (m/f/x)

Full-time (38,5h), Location: Vienna, Austria or remote

We are building a continuously growing crowd user base and enabling a more effective mobility service across cities through car sharing fleet optimization. To develop our products further we are looking for a BACKEND DEVELOPER (JavaScript) to join our team.

Your role...

  • Design and implement high volume REST APIs

  • Maintain, extend and optimize our Node.js backend architecture

  • Participate in conceptualizing, designing and implementing new features of the product

  • Proactively report issues, make improvement suggestions and help out other team members on specific issues

What we are looking for...

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong REST API design experience

  • Experience in JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js

  • Experience in PostgreSQL/PostGIS

  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and server management (Azure) is a plus

  • Very good English language skills
