With a constantly growing number of customers around the world and an ambition to improve shared mobility globally and scale out our reach, we are looking for another Key Account Manager to join our team.
Be the main point of contact between Ubiq and our international customers in the shared and future mobility field
Professional account planning, controlling, feedback & reporting
Gather product/service requirements from clients and coordinate the implementation with Product Owner to ensure constant product and service improvements
Oversee the delivery of product & services to our clients
Closely work with our team of Community Managers and User Acquisition expert to steer business
Establish internal processes to deliver consistently high performance
Provide excellent ongoing customer support throughout the product life cycle
Manage the overall client relationship and the contact to all involved stakeholders
What we are looking for...
Proven experience (preferably 2+ years) as Account Manager or in a similar role, e.g. customer-facing Project Manager ideally with a track record on quantifiable objectives
Strong communication & relationship skills
Work experience in the Technology B2B or SaaS environment is a plus
Fluency in English is a requirement; German language skills are an advantage but not essential
Some level of technical know-how (e.g. familiarity with mobile applications, API-based service delivery, concept of a client server architecture, and similar)
Interest in technology, mobility & innovation
Excellent business customer orientation
Open & detail-oriented personality
Hands-on and “getting things done” approach
Austria/ EU work permit required
