SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (m/f/x)

Full-time (38,5h), Location: Vienna, Austria

With our services, we are building a continuously growing crowd user base to enable fleet optimization. In order to develop our products further, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us & lead the efforts in this area.


Your role...

  • Refining our product vision & strategy

  • Researching trends & being aware of competitors and market developments

  • Leading product marketing activities for Ubiq products (e.g. positioning of product/ product line, pricing, USP, etc.)

  • Communicating with existing & potential customers:

  • Finding out what are their future needs regarding our products

  • Maintain strong alignment with Business Development & Sales, Head of Technology and Project Managers

  • Representation of the product to existing & potential customers, investors, etc.

  • Exploring & evaluating new feature ideas & prioritising them

  • Driving & maintaining the overall product roadmap

  • Making the roadmap ready for execution:

  • Make sure backlog is clean and prioritized as intended

  • Writing use cases

  • Write user stories for new features, incl. acceptance criteria

  • Define UX together with input from Head of Tech & Project Managers

  • Feature & release planning in coordination with Head of Tech & Project Managers

  • Make sure highly prioritized backlog items are ready to be developed

  • Prioritization for Sprint planning

  • Define technical product requirements

  • Create & maintain key product metrics

  • Create & maintain detailed product documentation


What we are looking for...

You enjoy working in a team but are not afraid to work independently. You love to come up with new product ideas, try them & see them develop. The more skills you can cover from this list, the better:

  • 3+ years of experience with product responsibility in the field of technology in a B2B setting

  • Strong track record in successfully launching products or developing existing products

  • Solid technical know-how (e.g. API-based service delivery, client server architecture, and similar)

  • Good understanding of software development processes

  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)

  • Good feeling for UX/ UI

  • SaaS background and urban mobility product experience are a plus

  • Experience in agile project management

  • Team player with a hands-on attitude

  • Interest in innovation, the mobility market and shared mobility services

  • Austrian/ EU work permit required
